File::Path::Collapse - Collapses a path as much as possible
This module implements ...
Collapses the path by removing '.' and '..' from it. Trailing '/' is also removed.
Arguments
$path_to_collapse -
Returns - the collapsed path or undef if undef was passed as argument.
