Changes for version 0.03

changed t/09_coexist_easy to work around new(v.38) l4p easy_init() behavior
changed tests to BEGIN {clean output files} this corrected false passes (when tests run individually, wo 99_cleanup.t) 99_cleanup.t still deletes at end of test, rename it to leave evidence.
pod tweaks
added t/W.pm, t/Z.pm to MANIFEST, dist somehow missed note at bottom of 1 (long) cpan-tester message, sorry Jost if $] > 5.008, you need a patch for optimizer - email me directly.

To install Devel::Size, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Devel::Size

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Devel::Size
