return hash object contains:
observation time(hour).
amount of airborne pollen(num/m^3).
wind direction.
wind speed(m/s).
air temperature(degrees Celsius).
amount of precipitation(mm).
This perl module provides an interface to the Hanako that is Pollen observation system at Japan.
Create new instance of WWW::Hanako. set area code and mst code.
Method that returns the today's information.
