xtc - xchar taskbar (xtb) controller
xtc command ... xtc -l
Controls the xchar taskbar xtb by setting the _XCHAR_COMMAND property of xtb's toplevel window to 'command ...'.
The available commands are described in xtb(1).
With -l, the X clients are listed (char, id, instance, class, icon) in alphabetical order of chars (not taskbar order). No command is sent to xtb.
If more than one instance of xtb is running, the desired instance can be selected with -i:
xtc -i instance command ...
or by running xtc under the name xtc1 for xtb1, or xtc2 for xtb2, etc.
