Fix an issue that projects with default setup routines did not work (#5, hhatto++)

The test-travis(1) command

Runs Travis-CI scripts (.travis.yml)

To install App::test::travis, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::test::travis

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::test::travis
