Changes for version 0.20

Already using @EXPORT_OK so do not need @EXPORT in Packet.pm.
Update the MANIFEST file with the names of the new test scripts.
Add FTN::Packet::Examples as the file lib/FTN/Packet/Examples.pod
Correct the tr// replacement range for masking control characters from 040-100 to 040-077.

Examples of the usage of FTN::Packet

Reading or writing Fidonet Technology Networks (FTN) packets.

To install FTN::Packet, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm FTN::Packet

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install FTN::Packet
