Changes for version 0.04

Tested on 5.14.2, threaded and unthreaded. Some minor esthetics changes.
7 August 2009 Brought up to 5.10.1, plus upgrade to new coding esthetics insights.
28 January 2004 Made sure the test-suite cleans up on multi-versioned systems.

PerlIO layer for prefixing line numbers

To install PerlIO::via::LineNumber, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm PerlIO::via::LineNumber

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install PerlIO::via::LineNumber
