Re-release because of issue with Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::Compile reported by ETHER.

Almost all of the modules required for installing OTRS Help Desk.

To install Task::OTRS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Task::OTRS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Task::OTRS
