Pod::PseudoPod::XMLOutStream -- turn Pod into XML

Pod::PseudoPod::XMLOutStream is a subclass of Pod::PseudoPod that parses PseudoPod and turns it into XML.
Pod::PseudoPod::DumpAsXML is nearly a direct copy of Pod::Simple::DumpAsXML, included here so I can run all the tests for Pod::Simple on Pod::PseudoPod.
Pod::PseudoPod::DumpAsXML is rather like this class; see its documentation for a discussion of the differences.

cpanm
cpanm Pod::PseudoPod
