- Disable dblock testing with cpanplus
- The cpanplus client doesn't use the concept of prefs_dir, so here we are disabling the dblock tests with it.

- Fixed small bug regarding configuration for extended tests of DBIx::Class Fixed the "flavor" of some packages of OpenBSD that were not being installed properly. Added LOTS of dependencies to install_perl.sh to favor DBIx::Class, but those dependencies should be installed elsewhere and with testing enabled.

- Added missing instructions to make parallel work to compile perl and install required modules. Added optimizations to the Vagrantfile that were already applied to the master branch. Preliminary tests shows a reduction from 9148 seconds to 5384 seconds to provision to users.

- Bug fixes and optional CPAN local mirror
- Fixed bug regarding the tests submissions information (name and e-mail) being lost due Bash was parsing arguments. The CPAN local mirror is now optional with use_local_mirror variable in the Vagrantfile. vagrant_user.sh script was not using parameters to configure the local CPAN mirror, that was fixed too. vagrant_user.sh script also now install Perl module requirements during the provisioning (if missed during VM creation).

- Adding improvements from previous versions
- Vagrantfile can be used with different versions of OpenBSD. Updated to use more recent versions of perl. Enabling the Vagrantfile to autoconfigure files locations so all required files can be included in the Vagrant box. Updated documentation. Users running the smoker will now share the set of preference files. Users now will be part of the testers group, so file system permissions can reflect that. Will not inject CPAN::OpenBSD::Smoker distribution anymore in the local CPAN mirror since the distribution is already available at CPAN.
