Debug::Flags - set PL_debug flags at runtime

This module turns on the -D flags described in perlrun in runtime, if you have a debugging perl.

To install Debug::Flags, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
cpanm
cpanm Debug::Flags
CPAN shell
perl -MCPAN -e shell install Debug::Flags
