003 cleanup script
Runs through each record in file. Compares 001 and 003 fields. Cleans mismatched 003s and outputs to MARC-format file. Reports unmatched 003s.
Currently designed to match only DLC, IOrQBI control numbers. Change those strings to match other needs or add new.
Currently only looks for basic match, ignoring trailing spaces. Possible future change, remove extra trailing spaces, making 3-4 spaces after all DLC (workaround for cataloging software problem).
This code may be distributed under the same terms as Perl itself.
