Switch to using a ResetPassword Template rather than a hardcoded message Contributed by Christian Loos

add "forgot your password?" link to RT instance

To install RT::Extension::ResetPassword, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm RT::Extension::ResetPassword

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install RT::Extension::ResetPassword
