Changes for version 0.3

help string now shows default parameter values and "negative" boolean options
no more dependence on `tput cols` for width of help text -- just hard-code 80 columns!

To install Getopt::Tabular, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Getopt::Tabular

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Getopt::Tabular
