- Add ablity to share_file with users as well
- Fixes #14. I have already tested this change *functionally* using Atlassian's HipChat API endpoint.

To install WebService::HipChat, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WebService::HipChat

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WebService::HipChat
