Patterns::ChainOfResponsibility::Provider - The Provider Dispatch Strategy
Dispatch @args to each Handler in turn until we find one that processes them. This is probably the most classic "CoR" behavior.
You won't use this class directly. Please see Patterns::ChainOfResponsibility::Role::Handler
