Allow the decimal separator to be overridden with the environment variable MON_DECIMAL_POINT

To install Finance::OFX::Parse::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Finance::OFX::Parse::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Finance::OFX::Parse::Simple
