Code::TidyAll::Plugin::CSUnminifier - use cssunminifier with tidyall

In configuration: [CSSUnminifier] select = static/**/*.css argv = -w=2
Runs cssunminifier, a simple CSS tidier.
Install npm, then run
npm install cssunminifier -g
Arguments to pass to cssunminifier
cssunminifier
Full path to cssunminifier
