Changes for version 0.06

Updated for LSF 7.0 Update 2.
Add some APIs according to LSF 7.0 Update 2. Test these APIs on LSF 7.0 Update 2 on Linux 2.6 X86 and Solaris 10 X86_64.

To install LSF::Batch, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm LSF::Batch

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install LSF::Batch
