modified Makefile.PL to set UNINST=1 if needed on old perls by dagolden
decode decimals to Perl's internal NV type by dagolden

To install JSON::PP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm JSON::PP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install JSON::PP
