Implements one prepared statement
Constructor: Parameters are:
a DB handler
The SQL statement string, using BB syntax (SEE SQL::Bibliosoph::CatalogFile)
The SQL statement name. (only for debugging information, on statement error).
Release the prepared statement.

2 POD Errors
The following errors were encountered while parsing the POD:
'=item' outside of any '=over'
You forgot a '=back' before '=head2'
To install SQL::Bibliosoph, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
