Changes for version 2.3 - 2013-04-02

fix begin_work, commit and rollback, that were broken due to a precedence problem (analyzed by Jerry Lundström).
slightly improve tests.

asynchronous DBI access

To install AnyEvent::DBI, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm AnyEvent::DBI

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install AnyEvent::DBI
