Changes for version 0.10

The following changes are all courtesy of Raphael Manfredi C<Raphael_Manfredi@pobox.com>. Added tanh (bipolar) activation function. train_set() can now accept an error target to avoid over-training. Multiple network support. Persistence via storable.

A simple learning module for building neural nets.

To install AI::NeuralNet::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm AI::NeuralNet::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install AI::NeuralNet::Simple
