Remove starting ./ to handle special tar files, such as DateTime-Format-Strptime-1.04.tar.gz
Add copyright description
Change t/uncpan.t to t/00base.t

Utility to get and untar CPAN files

To install , copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm QJZHOU/uncpan-1.06.tar.gz

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install QJZHOU/uncpan-1.06.tar.gz
