Check at Pastebin.com if some nick from selected channel paste something, and tell into channel the nick and url

To install Bot::BasicBot::Pluggable::Module::PasteBin, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bot::BasicBot::Pluggable::Module::PasteBin

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bot::BasicBot::Pluggable::Module::PasteBin
