Remove an unreferenced variable in the XS files. Closes: CPAN RT #4191
Add the Changes file to the packing manifest.

To install Net::FreeDB, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::FreeDB

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::FreeDB
