Add '-remove' functionality to a bundle

To install Dist::Zilla::Role::PluginBundle::PluginRemover, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Role::PluginBundle::PluginRemover

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Role::PluginBundle::PluginRemover
