Change to make SemanticWeb::OAI:ORE a module rather than just pod. Lazy include is now 'use SemanticWeb::OAI:ORE'.

To install SemanticWeb::OAI::ORE, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm SemanticWeb::OAI::ORE

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install SemanticWeb::OAI::ORE
