Ignore files that don't exist or where Git thinks they are a file but they are something else (e.g. submodules)
Replaced plugin bundle Author::SKIRMESS with an inline bundle through a Git submodule on https://github.com/skirmess/dzil-inc

fix the file permissions in your Git repository with Dist::Zilla

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Git::FilePermissions, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Git::FilePermissions

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Git::FilePermissions
