For errors like:

  Error: invalid argument declaration 'void *     argv[]' in OCI.xs, line 9507

find the name of the relevant OCI function from the OCI.xs file
and add that name to the 'oci_skip => ...' section of the boot script.
Then rerun the boot script.

Try adding the missing type into the top of the extra.typemap file, like:
