Fix leak when length diff is greater than max (reported and fixed by Gregory Oschwald)

Possibly fix PPM build on build machines using C89 to compile (i.e. 5.16 and older)

XS Damerau Levenshtein edit distance.

To install Text::Levenshtein::Damerau::XS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Text::Levenshtein::Damerau::XS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Text::Levenshtein::Damerau::XS
