Switched maintenance to my fork, <https://github.com/tsibley/Bio-Cigar>, since I no longer have access to the original.

Parse CIGAR strings and translate coordinates to/from reference/query

To install Bio::Cigar, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bio::Cigar

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bio::Cigar
