Document SQL more easily by referencing only the SQL command in POD

To install Pod::Weaver::Section::SQL, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::Weaver::Section::SQL

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::Weaver::Section::SQL
